Taking its name from the cove it borders, Fullerton Cove is a rural suburb just north of Fern Bay. Homes cluster in a narrow corridor along Fullerton Cove Road, and the only public road is Nelson Bay Road, which links it with Fern Bay to the south and Williamtown to the north. Its coastline is part of Stockton Beach, although there is no public beach access.
