The short answer
A new gas line has to be sized for every appliance running at once, over the full length from the meter, not just for the new appliance. Too small and burners starve when the heater and cooktop run together. We work out the load, choose the route and material, locate underground services before digging, pressure-test the line and give you a compliance certificate.
