Shower seal and grout repair in Newcastle
Black mould in the silicone, cracked grout and a swelling vanity next door are early warnings. We find where water is getting past the tiles and reseal it, usually without lifting a tile, before it reaches the walls and floor.

The short answer
Tiles and grout are not waterproof; the membrane under them is. When silicone joints, grout or screen seals fail, water soaks into the bedding and escapes at the edges. If the membrane is sound, raking out, resealing, regrouting and sealing the grout stops the leak. If the membrane itself has failed, the lasting fix is a rebuild, and we'll tell you.
