Find the source first. A dripping relief valve or a weeping fitting is usually a repair. Water from the tank body itself means the cylinder has corroded through and the heater must be replaced. Turn off the cold water isolation valve, switch off the power to an electric heater, keep clear of hot water and call us for a fixed price.
